Office Clerk

Position Summary: Tequesta Insurance Advisors believes in finding solutions in everything we do! We are looking for a problem solver to maintain the office for our 44 employee Agency. This is an entry level position with a lot of room for growth in the Administration Division (Accounting, Licensing, IT, Facilities, etc.) or within the insurance operation divisions.

The Office Clerk will be responsible for supporting and assisting the entire Agency with various Agency Administrative functions associated with the following:

• Telephone Assistance
• Mail Management
• Supply Management
• File Management
• Facility Management
